This definitive compendium was created with input from all band members involved in the record and follows the arc of the album's creation and tour, giving fans a deep dive into the music and visual elements.

The 4CD + Blu-ray box includes the original album remastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road from the 1974 analogue tapes; the complete Live From The Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles, CA show from January 1975, including two previously unreleased encore tracks; The Lamb Dolby ATMOS mix overseen by Peter Gabriel and Tony Banks at Real World Studios; Download card featuring three never-before-released demos from the Headley Grange Sessions, plus 96kHz/24-bit high resolution audio of the new remasters. The set is complete with a 1975 tour programme reproduction, replica ticket, poster and a 60-page coffee table style book featuring rare images and new liner notes by Alexis Petridis.

    Exciting

    It was 1976 when, devastated by Peter's departure from Genesis, I listened to ‘The Lamb’ for the first time. I immediately understood his choice. Needing to avoid becoming stuck in a cliché that risked confining him for the rest of his career, Peter raised his voice in a song of rebirth and liberation. For me, it is and always will be the best album of my life. Thank you Peter, Tony, Mike, Steve and Phil.

    This remastered edition definitely is a massive improvement much richer and wider dynamic range. Definitely one for your digital library.

    Nearly perfect!

    Pound for pound a fabulous production. Only complaint is that the downloads are flac only. Sooooo few options to play back on. Why punish so much of the fan base? If you're feeling generous to give full rez files, should be wav files so it can be played on almost any player. The rest is ACES!!!!!!!!

    The fact that I can get such incredible sound even at my age (my originals are long past pristine) is a testament to the quality and hard work that was put in to this 50th Anniversary Set Worth every penny
